Our "American Boy" at his nations capital. He was so completely thrilled when we told him that the President worked right there in that "big white building."

Life with our little and big Liberians is SO fun...And funny...
The other day my mom and I were at the shopping mall with our 3 little ones. It was the first time Philip had ever been there so he was walking along wide eyed and pointing out everything. Now, our mall is rather nice and it has a fountain system running through it. When Philip saw this he turned to my mom and said "What's this for?" and then after a longish pause said "To bathe?"
A few days ago, I was sitting eating salad for lunch when Philip walked up to me, pointed at my food and said "Leaf please?"
A couple weeks ago, I was sitting in our den watching Chronicles of Narnia when Yvonne came in and settled down on the sofa. The movie was just at the point where the beaver speaks for the first time to the Pevensies. Well, when Yvonne saw the beaver speak she said "Oh!!! Katie, is real??"
